• Electronic hardware design and Product Mapping – A lot of our customer requirement necessitate us to design our own I/O cards and Data Acquisition Devices. This helps us to come up with out of the box solutions that perform the customer’s intended application.
• Application software development – We know that hardware oriented products need a dedicated software support to complete the task at hand. We have an in-house software design team which works on multiple platforms like Labview, SCADA, Wonderware, Linux & Win CE.
• Mechanical design – Having a full-fledged mechanical set up is a great asset if you want to come up with innovative solutions that meet the requirements of design, function, space, aesthetics, user interface and cost. Our in-house mechanical division allows us to take up challenging projects and complete them in aggressive time frames.
• Assembly and On-site integration – Our production team is not only trained on assembling and integrating our products but also well equipped to integrate the same with other interface devices and existing systems. We provide these services at customer’s site as well to ensure a completely satisfied user experience.
• Support and maintenance – For the customers to derive maximum value out of their investment we have a support infrastructure in place that provides quick after sales support that is extended to all corners of the country. In addition we also provide support services in overseas locations through the global presence of our technology partners.
