Mr. Patil founded Dynalog in 1978. Under his guidance Dynalog has emerged from a small firm and grown to a firm that is recognized and reputed both nationally as well as internationally.
A Member of Parliament from the Khed district of Maharashtra, Mr. Patil is heavily involved in developmental projects in and around the area.

Mr. Patil involves himself in social services like the setting up of the New English School at Landewadi. He is also set up a co-operative pathasanstha which lends money to the needy and also provides employment to the youth of the area. The Bhairavnath Co-operative Credit Society was also founded by Mr. Patil.

Mr. Shivajirao Patil has also won many Awards for his entrepreneurial skills like the “First Generation Entrepreneur”, “Best Industrialist Award from Small Scale Sector”, “Yashodeep Puraskar”, “Outstanding Leadership & Devoted Service to Instrument Industry” and many more.

Akshay has lead Dynalog for last six years. During this period he set the vision for customer orientation and created specialized teams based on customer needs. He has also been instrumental in expanding Dynalog’s capabilities as a complete solution provider. Under his leadership Dynalog can now go well beyond providing innovative products to providing intelligent automation solutions.

Akshay holds a Management Graduation Degree in Marketing from the Fisher’s School of Business, Ohio State University, USA and a Bachelors degree in Management Studies from the Mumbai University.

At Dynalog Ajit handles projects from the DRDO labs and along with his team, he is working on projects like Avalan Wireless USA Products, Eurotech Italy, Wearable Computer and other products, IP Cameras and Accessories from Acti Taiwan and Thermal Imagers from Cantronics Canada.
With a Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering (D.E.R.E), he has introduced new products like earlier Instrumentation Trainer, DC Motor Controller, PLC Trainer, and Communication Products for Technical Education team.

Ajit has been with Dynalog for 24 yrs. However he still feels that every day at Dynalog is a learning process. He believes that Dynalog has the ability to become a 1000 Crore company provided they regain their status as the manufacturer of many products.

With a BE in Electronics and a PGDST from NCST, Mumbai and a CSQP Alex’ Portfolio includes handling and coordinating all D_SPG projects, products training and support for all new products and managing the DSPG unit in Pune.

A Diploma holder in Electronics and Radio Engineering (D.E.R.E), Alex has introduced new products like DC Motor Controller, PLC Trainer, Communication Products for Technical Education team etc. in Hardwares; Real-Time OS (pSOS, QNX), DAS/SCADA software’s etc. in Software; and Xplore Technologies (Tablet-PC), SAIC (Portable X-Ray), Eurotech (Zypad, Zywan), Avalan (Radio Modems), Acti (IP Cameras), Cantronics (IR Camera’s) in Collaboration.In his 20 years at Dynalog Alex has enjoyed working at Dynalog because of its good working atmosphere and work culture. He believes that the Management has always supported and acknowledged him in learning and testing new technologies.

As a member of the Dynalog family for the past 22 years Shrikant now heads the Device Networking Team. According to him Diversification, expansion and vertical integration has kept Dynalog ahead in the race against competition. He believes that it is the pioneering and the cordial working culture at Dynalog that has encouraged young engineers to showcase their talents hence aiding the success of Dynalog.

Shrikant holds a BSc in Physics and also has additional Certificates like Applied Engineering, Marketing Management, and Import Export Management to his credit.
